Varsity Track and Field

Varsity Outdoor Track Information Start Date – February 24, 2020 Practice Days – Monday though Friday Location – Outdoor Track (At least the first hour) Time – 4:15p – 6:15p (Team meets at the back door near the Aux Gym at 4:05) Weightroom Days – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 2:45p – 3:45p After Practice Pick-ups NLT 6:30P

Varsity Track and Field

Varsity Track and Field Practices are now taking place on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:15 to 6:15. Team members meet at the back door near the Aux gym at 4:05 to walk out as a team to the track. Dress warm, as the first hour of practices will be outside. Monday through Friday practices

Boys Track Wins Newark Catholic Invite

Congratulations to the varsity boys track team!  They took first place Saturday at the Newark Catholic Invitational.

Track Spike Night

Second Sole in Gahanna is hosting Spike Night for all our track athletes on Thursday March 16th from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. They are offering us a 20% discount on any pair of shoes purchased at this event.  Make sure you have your school ID with you at the time of purchase to receive the discount.

Middle School Track

Middle school track season begins Monday March 6th.  All 7th and 8th graders interested in participating should meet at the high school track on Monday March 6th at 6:30pm with your parents.  We will hold an informational meeting regarding our track season prior to getting started.  Make sure you bring your physical and emergency medical

Indoor State Track

Congratulation to Curtis Richardson for his championship finish in high jump at the indoor state track meet.  Curtis won the Division I high jump by clearing 6’8″.  Way to go Curtis!!!

High School Track

Curtis Richardson is currently rated second in the state in high jump after clearing 6’7″ at the Ritchey Tune-Up Meet at Cedarville University on Saturday January 31st. To view article click here
