LIFTING SCHEDULE 


BASEBALL/FOOTBALL  at 11:15 to 1230

ALL GIRLS at 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm

All Boys ( Who want to life, that are not FOOTBALL/BASEBALL) 1:30 – 2:30


WINTER BREAK SCHEDULE

WEEK OF DECEMBER 23 to December 27th – THERE WILL BE NO LIFTING. REST UP, FUEL UP!

WEEK of Dec 30 to January 3rd  ( NO LIFTING ON JANUARY 1st)

ALL GIRLS at 12:30 am to 1:45 pm

GIRLS BASKETBALL (12:30-1:45 pm MON/THURSDAY only) 

Football/Wrestling – 12:45 – 2:15 pm

All OTHER BOY SPORTS – 2:30 pm to 3:45 pm

Boys Basketball – 4:15 to 5:25 pm  (Mon/Thurs Only)
